The Public Building Energy Certificate differs somewhat from the domestic Building Energy Rating in as much as it is calculated on a series of energy benchmarks set down by S.E.I.

From January 1st 2009 all public buildings with a gross internal floor area of greater 1000m2 are required to display an energy certificate in a prominent place.

Our Assessors are S.E.I. approved and are available nationwide.
